Terms of Service

Version 1.0, applicable from 2026.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the use of thenutritionist, a SaaS practice management platform for nutrition professionals.

2. Acceptance

Registering for the service constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service and the DPA. The acceptance checkbox is timestamped and retained.

3. Responsibilities

thenutritionist provides a tool. The content (meal plans, advice, anamneses) remains the responsibility of the registered professional. AI-generated drafts must be reviewed and approved.

4. Cancellation

No commitment. Cancel at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal. Your data remains available for 30 days then is permanently deleted.
